Nigel has over 40 years experience in construction and engineering projects throughout the world. Nigel spent the first 20 years working for major international contractors before founding this company. Since then Nigel has specialised in the resolution of multi million pound construction and engineering disputes. Nigel’s involvement in these disputes has been as negotiator, advocate on behalf of one of the parties or as expert witness instructed by one of the parties. Nigel has also had many appointments as adjudicator and arbiter both nationally and internationally.

| Ralph Zucconi Planning Manager
Ralph has over 24 years in the UK construction market. A graduate of Glasgow University, he was employed by a major UK and Overseas contractor until joining the Company in January 2003. He had 12 years direct construction experience before specialising in planning and programming. Working on civil and occasionally building contracts, he prepared programmes for tender, contract and delay analyses on a wide range of roads infrastructure, structures, petrochemical, marine and water treatment projects. These ranged in value from £100k to £200m and were procured using a variety of Contract Conditions and Specifications.
Ralph has extensive experience in the use of Primavera P3, Suretrak and ASTA Powerproject planning software, which he uses to analyse and present Project planning information in support of client commissions.

Jane Brown Company Secretary
Jane became company secretary and company accountant in 2002 and is based in our Perth office. Jane qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1993. Since then she has worked as an accountant in various different industries including 2 years in the construction industry. Jane is responsible for all aspects of the finance function within the company. |

Chris Atkinson Consultant
Chris has over 15 years experience in the UK construction industry. A graduate of Liverpool Polytechnic Chris has worked for UK and International contractors until he joined the company at the beginning of 2004. He worked as a site based Quantity Surveyor on large civil engineering projects, training with a major national civil engineering contractor before branching into multi-disciplinary projects. Latterly Chris worked in the process and power sectors, and was Commercial Manager for mechanical construction contractors prior to joining the company. Chris has experience both with mainstream standard Conditions of Contract and Methods of Measurement, and with Process Model Forms of Contract. He has experience in claim preparation in the forums of arbitration and adjudication. Chris also has significant experience in preparing referrals for adjudication proceedings and responding to them, and in addition has experience of a number of successfully concluded mediations. |

Gavin Fenton Consultant
Gavin has 23 years of experience in the construction industry working with major contractors and a professional quantity surveying consultancy. During this time he has been involved with the commercial risk and bid management of major building and civil engineering contracts. This includes experience of complex projects which involved claims preparation and management, many different forms of contract and procurement methods including work on major PFI/PPP schemes. Since joining the company Gavin has specialised in the management of construction disputes including the preparation and defence of claims, adjudication and expert witness documents together with the provision of contractual and procedural advice. Gavin is currently in the second year of the Masters Degree course in Construction Law at Strathclyde University.
